Silent Retreat

Ένα τριήμερο Retreat Σιωπής με σκοπό να μας επαναφέρει στο κέντρο μας, να μας αποφορτίσει και να ανοίξει χώρο μέσα μας για νέες προθέσεις.
Τι θα βιώσουμε μαζί:– Ήρεμες ημέρες σιωπής για να συνδεθείς βαθιά με τον εαυτό σου.
– Διαλογιστικούς περιπάτους σιωπής στη φύση.
– Ήπιες πρακτικές για το σώμα (yin yoga, qi gong).
– Επίγνωση της αναπνοής.
– Αποσύνδεση από κινητά και άλλες ηλεκτρονικές συσκευές.
– Ελαφριά, χορτοφαγική και αποτοξινωτική διατροφή για φυσική εξισορρόπηση.
– Επανα-προγραμματισμός της φωνής χωρίς λόγια.
– Ενεργειακή ευθυγράμμιση των κέντρων της αγάπης, νόησης και θέλησης.
– Χώρο για ξεκούραση, ανάπαυση και νοητική ηρεμία.
Άγιος Χαράλαμπος Φθιώτιδας, στα ξύλινα σπιτάκια του Zeus Village, (2 ώρες από Αθήνα, 3 ώρες από Θεσσαλονίκη)
Οικονομική συνεισφορά:
* 180 ευρώ για διαμονή σε δίκλινο δωμάτιο με κοινόχρηστο μπάνιο
* 220 ευρώ μονόκλινο δωμάτιο με κοινόχρηστο μπάνιο
* 260 ευρώ. ατομικό σπιτάκι με δικό του μπάνιο
* 111 ευρώ χωρίς διαμονή (για φίλους που μένουν στα κοντινά χωριά)
Αριθμός συμμετοχών:
Μέχρι 12 άτομα
Για την κράτηση της θέσης σας χρειάζεται μία προκαταβολή των 100€ σε λογαριασμό τραπέζης που θα σας δοθεί.

Silent Retreat

A three-day Silent Retreat for bringing us back to our center, relieving us and opening space within us for new intentions.
What we will experience together:– Calm days of silence to connect deeply with yourself.
– Meditative silent walks in nature.
– Gentle practices for the body (yin yoga, qi gong).
– Breath awareness.
– Disconnection from mobile phones and other electronic devices.
– Light, vegetarian and detoxifying diet for natural balancing.
– Re-programming of the voice without words.
– Energetic alignment of the centers of love, intellect and will.
– Space for rest, relaxation and mental peace.
Agios Charalambos Fthiotidas, in the wooden houses of Zeus Village, (2 hours from Athens, 3 hours from Thessaloniki)
Financial contribution:
* 180 euros for accommodation in a double room with shared bathroom
* 220 euros single room with shared bathroom
* 260 euros. individual house with its own bathroom
* 111 euros without accommodation (for friends who live in nearby villages)
Number of participants: Up to 12 people
To reserve your place, a deposit of 100€ is required in a bank account that will be given to you.
